No Refunds / No Returns / No Exchanges


- Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Exceptions may only be made if agreed upon by Fire Dept Brand management.

Shipping & Delivery
- Orders process in 2–3 business days.
- Tracking info sent when shipped.


Damaged / Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at
firedeptbrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
- Management will review and, if approved, arrange a replacement or resolution.

exclusivity. Our designs are limited, and garment styles may change from drop to drop —
keeping every release unique.


What We Offer

- Priority access to new drops (no guarantee on restocks)

- Staff education support (sell-through tips, product knowledge)
Exclusivity Terms
- All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds, returns,
or exchanges.
- Garments may vary per drop, but designs remain exclusive to Fire Dept Brand.

- Allocation is based on availability and management approval.
